We do not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a party to the doctor-patient relationship, which exists solely between you and the treating hospital or physician.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using our website or communicating with our team does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Any medical information we share is general in nature and provided by, or on behalf of, third-party healthcare providers. You are responsible for verifying all medical information with a qualified professional.

3. Cost Estimates

Any prices, cost ranges or savings figures shown on our website or shared during your enquiry are indicative estimates only. They are not guarantees. Actual costs depend on your specific condition, chosen hospital, treatment plan and other factors, and will be confirmed in writing by the treating hospital before any procedure.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Medical treatment carries inherent risks and outcomes vary from person to person. AmanSehat does not guarantee any particular medical result, recovery time, hospital availability, appointment date or visa approval. Decisions about your treatment are made by you together with your treating physicians.

5. Third-Party Providers

Hospitals, doctors, laboratories, accommodation providers, airlines and other service providers are independent third parties. AmanSehat does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality of care, or services provided by them. Any contract for medical treatment is directly between you and the provider.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information about yourself and your medical condition.
• Obtain and maintain valid travel documents, visas and insurance as required.
• Follow the medical advice and instructions of your treating physicians.
• Make your own independent decisions regarding your treatment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmanSehat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, our facilitation services, or any treatment, service or advice provided by third-party healthcare or travel providers.
