Reports Review
DAY 1 — 3
You share your medical reports — scans, blood work, biopsy reports, prior surgical notes — through a secure link. Our medical team summarises them and forwards to senior consultants in our partner hospitals matched to your condition.

Written Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate
DAY 3 — 5
You receive a written second opinion and a transparent, itemised cost estimate from the recommended hospital(s). If it makes sense, we set up a video call with the surgeon so you can ask questions before you commit to anything.

Visa & Travel Coordination
1 — 2 WEEKS BEFORE TRAVEL
Once you're ready, we issue the hospital invitation letter required for your medical visa, share a document checklist for your country, and help you plan flights, airport pickup, and accommodation near the hospital.

Arrival, Treatment & Recovery
TREATMENT + 1–3 WEEKS RECOVERY IN INDIA
A coordinator meets you at the airport and stays with you through admission, surgery, and discharge. You have one named person on your time zone for everything — paperwork, room changes, dietary needs, family updates, post-op questions.

Discharge & Follow-up From Home
ONGOING
You leave India with a complete discharge summary, prescriptions translated where needed, and a follow-up schedule. We coordinate telemedicine consultations with your treating surgeon back home so your recovery is supervised, not abandoned.

A few honest notes about this process
Timelines are typical, not guaranteed. Complex cases or visa delays can extend any step. We tell you when something is slipping — we don't pretend it isn't.
No commitment until Step 4. You can pause or back out at any point in Steps 1–3 with no obligation. We mean it.
Costs are itemised in writing. We never quote a single number. You see surgery, hospital stay, pre-op tests, ICU buffer, and follow-up separately.
Your data stays with you. Reports are shared only with the partner hospital evaluating your case, and only with your consent.
We work with hospitals, not against them. Our recommendation is the hospital best for your case — not the one that pays us most.
If we can't help, we'll say so. Some cases are better treated locally, or by a sub-specialty centre we don't partner with. We will tell you.
